Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in project material procurement plan

2. Inspection and acceptance of mechanical equipment and materials entering the construction site, sampling inspection and supervision.
3. Control of receipt, issuance and storage, supervise and inspect the use and distribution of materials.
4. Make monthly receipt, receipt and deposit of mechanical equipment and materials, and make monthly reports of turnover materials.
5. Establish material control and consumption account, master material consumption, and do a good job in material cost control.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.


Job Requirements 

1. College degree or above, more than 1 year experience in material management of construction projects, with a material worker's certificate, understanding of driving is preferred;
2. Understand the material allocation of engineering and construction industry, and be familiar with the procurement and management process of project materials and equipment;
3. Proficient in all kinds of office software, with a certain ability of work coordination, communication and negotiation;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit and acceptance of stationing.
