Financial Director

Job Responsibilities
1. Use the principles of financial accounting and accounting management to provide the basis for the company's business decision-making, assist the chairman in formulating the company's strategy, and preside over the formulation of the company's financial strategic plan;
2. Establish and improve financial departments, establish a scientific and systematic financial accounting system and financial monitoring system in line with the actual situation of enterprises, and carry out effective internal control;
3. Formulate the company's capital operation plan, supervise the fund management report and budget and final accounts, coordinate the relationship between the company and government departments such as banks, industry and commerce, taxation, and safeguard the company's interests;
4. Supporting risk assessment, guidance, tracking and financial risk control of business activities;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders;
2. More than 5 years experience in financial management of construction industry.
3. Have a comprehensive theoretical knowledge of Finance and accounting, knowledge of modern enterprise management, familiar with financial laws and regulations and systems;
4. Familiar with tax policy, operation analysis, cost control and cost accounting;

Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or related fields.2. More than 5 years experience in financial management of construction industry.
